The location (honest version)
About 1.5 miles from Broadway and downtown Nashville. Not walkable, but a quick $5-8 rideshare away. The neighborhood is a growing area with new development mixed with older Nashville character. Close to major highways so getting around the city is easy, and you can see the downtown skyline from out front.
